I am "leaving on a jet plane" in the morning heading to Salt Lake City, Utah for the Advisory Board Retreat.
Stampin' Up! selected six Advisory Board members from its
more than 35,000 independent demonstrators in North America, to serve for one
year. We will work closely with company officials to provide
invaluable feedback, ideas, and suggestions. The company relies on this
information as it makes critical business decisions regarding product
offerings, business opportunities and career plan, and customer service.
"Serving on our Advisory Board is a tremendous honor and
privilege, as well as a very demanding responsibility,” says Stampin’ Up!
cofounder and CEO Shelli Gardner. “These outstanding women play an essential
role in our growth and success as they offer insight, advice and suggestions
into what our customers are looking for and what would most benefit our
demonstrators.”
Advisory Board members are selected based on a long list of
criteria, including their performance, attitude, and example. Each of them has
demonstrated outstanding success in various aspects of their Stampin’ Up!
business. Stampin’ Up! congratulates these women on this prestigious honor.
So I am very humbled to think that I was chosen for such an amazing task, exicted and a bit nervous. We will be working hard but also have some time to play and enjoy getting to know each other. We have compiled several of our favorite things and placed them in gift bags to give to each other and Shelli… a way for us to get to know each other better.
Here are the gift bags that I stichted up using Stampin' Up! fabric…
There are several colors to choose from.
We will be opening these on Monday evening so stop back Tuesday to see "My Favorite Things".
