Hello Stampers,
Time flies and it's Alison here for our Step Up Stampin' episode. I wanted to show youhow you could take a card and step it up with some left over scraps you have laying around – and who doesn't have left over bits and bobs right?
The card is my starting point. It's fairly straight forward with some Designer paper and a focal image stamped in one colour. This card was one of the cards from our July Border Bundle class (remember if you place an online order with Patsy or I you receive an full colour PDF instruction sheet to make eight cards – purchase $50 or more and you receive two handmade cards from the set in the mail too!) Check out full details of the program here!
Stamps: Tap Tap Tap, Work of Art
Paper: Moonlight Designer Series Paper Stack
Colours: Coasstal Cabana, Lost Lagoon, Basic Gray
When I was at Convention in July I received a gorgeous swap card from Sarah Cade and it reminded me of the card I had made for our July bundle. What I loved most about Sarah's card was her use of scraps which stepped up the card in a very easy way!
Here is Sarah's card:
