Running a bit behind this week, will post this weeks Technique How To, hopefully tomorrow! Just not enough time in the day for me sometimes. That ever happen to you?
The first week of the month is always my busiest face to face week with stampers. I spend an afternoon at an Assisted Living place stamping with some of the residents, we have such a grand time. The cards for this day have to be very quick and easy. My oldest stamper is 103 and doesn't look a day over 80.
So here are last weeks really quick and easy cards. I sometimes use retired paper and stamps since they are not going to be making and purchases and they love the sentiment Live, Laugh and Love. It gives me a chance to use up some the things I tend to hoard to long, LOL.
I also had my monthly card class. With busy schedules it is difficult to find a time that works for everyone, so they can stop by anytime between certain hours at their convenience. In the Minnesota Winters when people get home from work it is hard to want to go back out in sometimes 30 below temperatures, so they can just stop on their way home from work. I do require that they register to come – but the time they come is flexible.
The card on the left was totally cased from my dear stamping friend Dianna Gibbs using Oh, Hello stamp set! The card on the left was cased from Jenny Maetzold and uses the Just Thinking stamp set, isn't that a clean crisp attractive card!
Lovely as a Tree stamp set has been around since I joined Stampin' Up! 15 years ago as a demonstrator. It is an awesome set that is very versatile and works great for men, which is always a challenge.
This card is one you have seen on my blog in previous weeks and one of my fav's so we made this one at our class also. Love the lace tape, and so did my stampers, I think everyone of them placed it on their order along with the Secret Garden Bundle that was used here.
Thanks for stopping by today, I know you have lots of things you could be doing!
