Nothing says Christmas more than Red & Green!
Patsy here, it seems like it was just a few months ago that I was stamping and creating cards for Christmas 2013. Time seems to go faster and faster each year. Are you going to send photo cards this year or a hand stamped cards or both? For me it is a little bit of both (or should I say a lot of both). Last year for the majority of my family and friends I sent professionally printed photo cards created with Stampin' Up!'s My Digital Studio (MDS). If you don't already own it you can download a free 30 day trial just click here.
Here is a picture of the MDS card I created and sent last year…
While it isn't stamping, I am still able to enjoy many of the awesome Stampin' Up! colors and elements that I love to use in my paper crafting. Because time was a factor, I choose to use one of the already pre-designed templates so all I had to do is pop in the pictures write up a little note and send it off to the printers.
One of the fun events during Founders Circle is card swapping. This year the swap theme was "Holiday" so I came home with 116 awesome ideas for holiday card making and scrapbooking.
During the next 12 weeks Alison and I will be sharing with you some of our top favorites.
With all the inspiring ideas I will be sending out an assortment of hand stamped cards this year. Taking the time to be creative, enjoying the precess and feeling a sense of accomplishment and gratefulness that stamping always brings me.
