It's Border Buddy Saturday and Alison here. I love Springtime and it has definitely sprung where I live – in fact I think it sprung when it was still supposed to be winter. No complaints from me!
Here are some gorgeous cards I've received lately celebrating Spring and Easter!
Here's a card from my friend Colleen Vassos. When I first got it in the mail I thought to myself "how did she make the trowel?" Collleen made it with the Handpicked Framelits Dies from the Occasions catalogue! The trowel was cut from our Silver Foil Paper and the handle was embossed with Early Espresso Stampin' Emboss Powder. Isn't that brilliant?!
The pot and flower marker were made with the framelits too along with the matching From the Garden stamp set – bundle them up and save 15% Can you guess how she made the "dirt"? It's the fabulous and versatile Work of Art stamp set!
Crisp Cantaloupe seemed to be a popular colour with my friend's Spring themed swap this month.
This stunning card was sent to me by my friend Liane Binder. Are you like me and think you've seen everything in the catalogue and then see a card and realize you missed something? Well Liane used the Little Letters Thinlits from the catalogue – miss them too? These letters are a perfect size for any card. Isn't this adorable?
And with the Magnetic Platform it's easy to keep your letters in place on your cardstock as your run it through the Big Shot! Did I mention that the Magnetic Platform is one of the Weekly Deals and it's on sale until Monday for 25% off the regular price? Better grab it now at this fantastic price – and pick up the Little Letters Thinlits dies while you are on our stores.
When you purchase $50 online from either Patsy or I you receive instructions to make our 8 cards of the month PLUS we'll snail mail you handmade cards too!
