Today I paired up the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper (DSP) and the Seasonal Layers Thinlit Dies. I have always loved Adirondack chairs so when I saw the framelits with an Adirondack chair I just knew it had to be mine.
Adirondack chairs seem to represent peace, tranquility and restfulness. We all live such busy lives and it really is hard to feel caught up sometimes let alone have extra time just to relax and enjoy.
We are on week 50 of the Sunday Sketches so just two more weeks to complete our one year series. So in a couple of weeks I thought it would be fun to start over again with SS001 sketch and create a new card using the same sketch.
I challenge you to create a card using today's sketch and share it on my Facebook Page.
Remember you can replace squares with circles, make the card horizontal instead of portrait the sketch is just a starting point.
As I mentioned before the pattern paper is from the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper collection.
For the card base I used Very Vanilla. The mats are Early Espresso and Pear Pizzazz cardstock. The Adirondack chair is cut out of Early Espresso cardstock.
The little tag was created using the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set and Early Espresso Classic Ink and the coordinating Classic Label Punch.
The ribbon is 3/8" Mini Chevron Ribbon and the final touch I added were the two little Glitter Enamel Dots in Old Olive. These have been a huge seller this season and have been on a back order but are back in stock now.
Have a wonderful week and see you back here on Tuesday.

I didn’t realize that paper was so beautiful. It’s difficult to see until used. Love that chair — you used it very cleverly.
