Occasionally I get an order for a customer and it is listed as No Contact. When this happens I have no name or contact information to send out customer rewards. Stampin' Up! has this information to send out the order etc. but I am not able to see it.
Today I received a customer order from someone who used a Host Code but was listed as a No Contact so I am unable to send them the Free Customer Rewards or Free Cards they earned for their order. I am sure they are expecting to recieve the free PDF and cards that are part of my Customer Rewards.
HOW TO CHANGE FROM NO CONTACT TO CONTACT
If you have placed orders with me in the past and have not received my free PDF tutorials or cards, more than likely you didn’t check the Yes box to opt-in as my customer. You can fix that easily.
Just go to my online store CLICK HERE
Log into your account
You should see my Name & information in the upper right-hand corner.
Then Click on My Account
Then Click the “My Demonstrator” Tab
Then Check the Box YES “I'd like to receive updates on products, promotions, and upcoming events from Stampin' Up!”
You should be all set. Next time you place an online order you will receive my awesome Customer Rewards.
