Loving the Let It Snow Suite of products that features the Snowman Season Stamp Set and Snowman Builder Punch. This card is called a double point fun fold card. You can either mount it to a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece of Real Red Cardstock for a card that just flaps open or you can mount it on a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" folded half that opens like a book.
The Let It Snow Embellishment Kit has these fun little piece of coal for his buttons. I created a How To Video and added a carrot nose (from the kit) in the video, so cute!

Thanks for your inspiration. After watching your video, I thought I could make a nativity scene card, would I cut off the lower points on the two double pointed pieces of paper? Would it still keep the card closed? Anyway, thanks again!
Patsy Waggoner says
Not sure you would just need to try it.
