The sunburst pattern is a really good way to use up scraps. This is one of my favorite card designs. Thanks for the link back to your video. Very informative.

Patsy, have you thought of using scraps of ribbon for this technique? I haven’t. But, I think it might work. What do you think?
Virginia Aakre says
Hi Patsy,
The star burst technique looks like a fun way to use your scraps and it could be very pretty too. I should use this to make a card for my mom. We were just in Ca for a short visit with her. She was not doing so well, I pray she will be on the mend now to get healthy and stronger to get back to her place.
The Tuesday techniques have been fun to see and I have not seen to many of them either. Thanks for bringing them around again! Yes, I think using ribbon would add a different texture to the technique.

You could try it with ribbon the paper is cut at angles where the ribbon is straight so it would have gaps between the ribbon at the top, but might make an interesting pattern.

You are so fortunate Virginia to still have your Mom, so glad you could go visit her. Glad you are enjoying the techniques. Have a great day.
