Free as a Bird hand stamped card is this week’s Sunday Sketch SS042. This stamp set is one of my favorites in the Annual Catalog. As a demonstrator you collect a lot of stamp sets over the years. Many are earned free, or included with event registrations or gifts from Stampin’ Up! I am very selective about what I keep for my personal collections. Free as a Bird is one that will remain on my personal stamping shelf.
Don’t Miss It!
The Free as a Bird Stamp Set is retiring at the end of the month and is only available while supplies last.
Bluebirds are one of my favorite summer time birds. The bluebird may be Minnesota’s most popular songbird. They sing a sweet song and beautiful colors of Balmy Blue and Calypso Coral leave a lasting impression. After a rain they often gather on the top of our glass picnic table and take a bath in the rainwater. You can simply change up the color of the birds to create your own favorite bird.
Each Sunday I create a card using one of my card sketches and share it with you. You can create a card exactly using the sketch layout or change it up a bit. Today I stamped the card using the exact layout. Sometimes I replace the rectangle with a circle or oval. Let your imagination run wild!
